This policy applies to the public website and the contact form. It is intended for visitors, including those in the European Union and the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR).
1. Data we collect
We only collect what you send us:
- identity and contact details: name, email, phone, company;
- project information from the questionnaire (product type, budget, timeline, need);
- any free-text content you enter in the form.
We do not sell files, buy lists, or collect payment data on this site.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to a quote or meeting request (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6.1.b);
- Commercial follow-up of an exchange you started (legitimate interest in handling the request, art. 6.1.f);
- Accounting and legal obligations if a contract is signed (art. 6.1.c).
3. Recipients
Data is processed by ABK members in charge of sales and delivery. It may transit through:
- the site host (Vercel Inc.), for the technical operation of the pages;
- WhatsApp / Meta, only if you click to open a conversation. That processing is then governed by their own terms.
No advertising partner is currently connected to this site.
4. Transfers outside the EU
ABK IT LLC is a U.S. company. Handling your request involves a transfer to the United States. We limit data to what is strictly needed to reply. If a processor agreement requires it, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
5. Retention periods
- request with no follow-up: 12 months after the last exchange;
- client / contract relationship: duration of the project then statutory retention periods;
- hosting technical logs: according to Vercel Inc. policy.
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies or storage strictly necessary to operate (session, security, browsing preference). No analytics or advertising cookie is set today. If we add any, a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is placed.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, within the limits of the law. To exercise these rights: contact form, subject “Personal data”.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the authority of your country of residence.
8. Minors
The services are aimed at professionals. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
9. Updates
The date at the top of the page is authoritative. A material change will be announced on the site.
